Registered Acupuncturist & Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Dana Alden is an accomplished healthcare practitioner with a rich background in holistic health. She earned her Bachelor of Science Honours in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, which laid the foundation for her deep understanding of the human body and its functions. Her career path took a significant turn while working in the food-service industry, where she developed a keen interest in nutrition and its critical role in maintaining overall health. This led her to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, where she has since helped clients manage food allergies and digestive issues, often collaborating with Naturopathic Doctors to create specialized meal plans.

Furthering her commitment to holistic care, Dana pursued and achieved her dream of becoming a Licensed Acupuncturist after extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at The Pacific College of Holistic Medicine in Vancouver. Her practice as an acupuncturist is characterized by a personalized approach that targets the underlying causes of health issues. Dana is particularly passionate about using acupuncture to address a wide spectrum of conditions, from physical pain and stress to women's health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care.

Today, Dana works alongside a team of practitioners at Krell Wellness, where her holistic and integrative methods contribute to comprehensive patient care. Her dedication to addressing all facets of her patients' health and her commitment to ongoing professional development have established her as a respected and sought-after expert in her field. Dana's holistic approach ensures that her patients receive the most effective care on their journey to better health and wellness.
