Dr. Tara Spearman is a seasoned chiropractor with over 20 years of dedicated service in her community, following an educational foundation in family medicine at the University of Victoria and the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago. Her three-year residency at NUHS deepened her expertise in treating families, enhancing her understanding of their diverse health needs and furthering her commitment to holistic wellness.

In her practice, Dr. Tara integrates traditional chiropractic techniques with innovative treatments like Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST). This approach helps optimize the body's natural healing processes by addressing structural and neurological imbalances. She also specializes in treating TMD/TMJ disorders, offering targeted relief for patients experiencing jaw pain and related symptoms. Dr. Tara's treatments are tailored to the individual, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for each patient’s specific health goals.

My Favorite Pastimes:  In my spare time, I enjoy quadding, snowshoeing, boating, cooking, time with my family, and hockey. I also care about special causes like dog rescue and autism awareness.
